•  Managing the process for Consumer Electronics
•  Daily management of the returns departments and line management of team members
•  Managing relationships with key returns and sales partners
• Managing, monitoring and controlling performance and capacity of Third party logistics partners (3PL) under the road & Air.
• Minimizing the financial cost and impacts of returns to the business
•  Managing daily returns operational performance to KPI and SLA
•  Drive development of overall systems changes to ensure seamless end-to- end visibility and process integration and policy adherence.
• Manage, coordinate and monitor the end-to-end flow of the order process through the various warehouses through automated and non-automated system
• Import & Export Documentation & shipping terms of all shipments will be monitored and act accordingly.
•  Escalation mails and exceptions
• Conduct audits on based on SOPs, analyze data and propose process improvement initiatives.
•  Manage day to day operations within the budgeted guidelines and highest standards
•  Maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility.
•  Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations
•  Generates analytical reports; comparison sales reports, physical inventory result, adjustment made for damages
•  Responsible for all investigations regarding Missing, Damage and Discrepancies
•  Monitors stock level & accuracy SAP and WMS
• Perform UAT for the upcoming projects and advise the requirement.
•  Implemented and maintained the effectiveness of the quality system, including preparing and submitting document packages for international regulatory submissions, audits and reporting.
• Good Knowledge about all kind of Letter of credits, HS code, incoterms.
•  Monitoring Kanban Bin system and developing and implementing SOPs for the warehouse
•  Attending weekly call with customer about the team performance.
