INSTRUMENATION ENGINEER

-Successfully commissioned the Fire Sprinkler project (F&G) in ADNOC refining (Position I&C Engineer) in liaison with Tyco, Knowsley and Schneider

-Constructed and commissioned the Ball Cleaning System in the General Utility Plant ,Ruwais- (Position I&C Engineer)

-Involved in Logic Development from Control Philosophy write up for ABB DCS.

-Installing, routine analysis and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada Vibration Monitoring Probes (BN 3300); Bently Nevada 3500 Machine Monitoring System and System1

-Diagnosing, troubleshooting and calibrating various types of control valves in the plant with different types of positioners like Flowserve 3200 LogixMD, Masoneilan SVI2 and Fisher DVC6000 series.

-Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Pressure, Flow, Temperature and Level (DP type and Guided wave radar) Transmitters

-Liaising with all departments for planning weekly jobs & generating work permits accordingly in IBM Maximo.

-Participation in HAZOP, IPF Assessments and SIL Classification exercise in collaboration with third party consultants and Vendors.

-Preparation / Review of plant philosophies such as Process Segregation, ESD and F&G system Philosophy, Plant Start-up, Shutdown and Changeover.

-CompEX Certified, valid till October 2021 (JT limited) for routine inspection.

-Expertise in identifying & resolving problems, ramping-up project activities with on time deliverables and maximizing productivity
