• Designing, Graphic Designing and Styling for the Collections, Categories and Core products, working closely with other Designers, Buyers to create new designs as well as working with Garment technician to create the first sample to final product.
• Responsible for style & graphic trend analysis, garment and graphic design development, and assortment planning with our buying team. Contributing to theme collection & design meetings, leading fittings, liaising with suppliers.
• Research catwalk images, Retail current trends, WGSN, Social networks and artistic inspirations, fashion shows,Trade shows ( Pitti Uomo) and Sustainability are converted into commercial designs and creating Tech Packs, Artworks for placement and AOP’s, Have a good knowledge of garment construction and print techniques.
• Creating design inspiration packs, mood board, color board based on the new seasonal concepts. Highlighting core and emerging trends for the new season. Compiling fabric inspiration boards to showa new direction in color and quality also highlighting core fabrics/textures, material types and Sustainable fabrics.
• Presenting to the team and senior management in all of the above departments. Range planning and mapping working with buying to plan a well-balanced range covering core products as well as collection and accessories.
• Managing and coordinating team members, Designing agencies, Suppliers and freelancing designers to get better design and development.
• Analyzing Good and Bad sellers Garment and accessories, Analysing Customer feedbacks and implement a new strategy accordingly.
