Highly experienced Construction and Roofing Professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in commercial flat roofing and waterproofing. Began career through formal apprenticeship, advancing to Site Foreman and Senior Site Foreman roles on high-value commercial projects across London before establishing and successfully operating my own commercial roofing company.

Extensive expertise in site supervision, workforce management, subcontractor coordination, health & safety compliance, RAMS preparation, material procurement, and client/consultant liaison. Proven ability to deliver complex projects to strict specifications, within programme deadlines, and to high quality standards.

Now seeking a Site Superintendent role in the UAE where I can apply my leadership, technical expertise, and large-scale project management experience within an international construction environment.

Completed a two-year apprenticeship in Roofing at Erith Construction College, achieving a GNVQ Level 2 in Built-Up Felt Roofing. Combined formal technical education with hands-on site experience, developing strong foundations in commercial flat roofing systems, installation standards, and health & safety compliance.

Further enhanced technical expertise through manufacturer-approved installer training with leading systems including Bauder, Langley, Triflex, IKO, Garland, and Westwood.
