With degree in engineering and proven expertise as Permit to Work Coordinator and isolation management. I am highly motivated and organize individual with impeccable to communication skills and have easily adaptability to the situation. I am able  to work under pressure with ability and have special interest in learning new skills.

• Degrees in mechanical engineering with twelve years’ permit to work and maintenance experience in sulphate reduction plant, chemical plant, nickel and cobalt refinery, aluminum refinery, LNG plant, plastic manufacturing.
• Broad experience in managing and implementation of PERMIT TO WORK and LOTO system at construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up and operation stage of a plant.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial and facilities.
• An active listener and strives to understand mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil works in order to issue permits at the best safety condition.
• Good understanding of plant operations and maintenance gained by personal experience and field supervisory level.

Graduated with Bachelor of science in mechanical engineering year 1997 in Technological Institute of the Philippines.
