Have worked with college placement heads for candidate academic details and shortlisted candidates for respective assessments. Led a team of 10 members for end to end assessment. Provided training and assessment demo for client also had created assessment related helpfiles for client and candidates. Good understanding of assessment requirements of client, planning and management of the complete project. 

- Content creation and review coordination, creating the online assessment in the tool based on client required format.
- Following up with candidates for assessment completion and resolving technical issues if any. 
- Setting up and coordinating interview for selected candidates. 
- Support during the assessment and Interview process. 
- Sharing assessment report to client on need basis. 
- Invoicing on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. 
- Training internal team and client on assessment tool usage. 
- SPOC for assessment related concerns, queries and escalation of client and candidate assessment.
