My work is involved in financial modeling, valuation, financial due diligence, preparation of teasers and pitchbooks, as well as systematic outreach for M&A transactions, startup funding, and exploring opportunities in debt and alternative finance. I also contribute to marketing strategies and create finance-related videos to raise awareness and connect with a broader audience.

In total, I am really passionate about investment banking and committed to mastering the art of valuation, deal structuring, and M&A execution.

With over 1.5 years of experience in the world of investment banking, my first corporate job has been and is a journey of realizing just how vast and dynamic the field truly is—far beyond what we learn just in books or courses. During this continuous span of time, i have the privilege of working alongside recognized, thoughtful, and encouraging leaders and teams.

 

I am a qualified Management Accountant (CMA – USA) with an undergraduate degree in finance, with my academic background primarily focused on financial analysis and corporate finance.
