Duties & Responsibilities

•           Successfully Setup the complete Merchandize Planning Department by analyzing the Company’s Upward Growth Trend.

•           Effectively designed the complete Product Set and move all the SKU to their respective Category, Department, Group, Sub-Group and at UDA level

•           Prepared and maintain the crystal reports and Dash board for the stakeholders.

•           Managing a team of 12 full time Employees, which includes, Sr. Planners, Planning assistants, Pricing analyst, Suppliers Coordinators, and Shipping Coordinators.

•           Successfully Migrated the complete, Item Master, Purchase Orders, pending sales and Replenishment Orders of all the territories to the New system without disturbing the operations by running both old and new system parallel.

•           Efficiently defined and maintained the MDQ of the Key performing SKU throughout the year to meets the projected Sales budgets.

•           Managing the inventory and product setup, & Pricing of the entire Middle East.

•           Preparing various inventory reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for analysis.

•           Monitoring the buying trend of all the Middle East.

•           Preparing the ageing stock list by category and department, group and sub-group wise and submitting the same to retail and strategic department to come up with faster liquidation process.
