Hi! I’m Jaweriya, a Psychology graduate with a curious mind, a creative edge, and a strong drive to understand what makes people and organizations thrive. My journey so far has been a blend of human resources, behavioral research, digital content creation, and a whole lot of learning by doing. I’m passionate about organizational culture, employee well-being, and using psychological insight to build smarter, more human-centered workplaces. Experience

 I’ve worked in the HR department at OGDCL, where I got hands-on with recruitment, SAP-based employee data management, and HRIS documentation. I’ve also managed social media strategy for my university's media club, created SEO-optimized content, facilitated psychoeducational sessions, and even co-led a nationwide community training initiative through British Council’s Active Citizens Program. 

Education

I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Quaid-I-Azam University Islamabad, Pakistan and am currently enrolled in a part time MSC in global human resource management program at King's College London.
