CIVIL ENGINEER 

· Preparing bill of quantities for projects.

· Project cost estimation, includes quantity take-off monitoring & review.

· Preparation & submission of project documents submittals (Prequalification Documents, Material Submittals, Method Statement, Compliance Statement & other technical documents.)

· Site inspection/firestop works monitoring, includes preparation of labels & label logs, & field inspection reports.

· Issuance of purchase orders.

· Payment monitoring & collection.

· Preparation of Firestop Completion Certificate (FCC) for both ID & EMCC-ID JV projects, & attending ADCD inspection for EMCC-ID JV projects. 

· Document compilation and controlling.

· Tasked to compile and process documents for the UL Qualified Firestop Contractors Program. UL Certification for Insulation Dynamics was realized on February 18, 2021.

· Perform other related work assigned by the Operations Manager & Engineers.
