• Acting as QA/QC Manager in the absence of QC Manager
• Provide Work Scheduling for all QA/QC Inspector
• Prepare and close out of NCR and observations Report.
• Lead the preparation of the Project Record book
• In-charge Submission Mechanical Completion Book (Turn over)
• Provide training and guide the newly hired QC Inspectors
• serves as company Internal Auditor & Closing of Audit Findings.
• Preparation of job procedures, QA plans, Inspection and Test plans, Technical queries & conducting Procedure Qualification tests
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements
• Responsible for the implementation & documentation of all quality plan and Construction Method and Statements.
• Quality control in accordance with procedures, method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors
• Checking, monitoring, witnessing all Laboratory testing and Field testing (CONCRETE & ASPHALT) conducted in the approved Third Party Laboratories of the project
• Develop project specific inspection and test plans for each section of work
• Preparation of MAR and QMS requirements Procedures
