Jefferson Andres Echanique

Teaching and working with children is a blessing to me. I have had great teachers who have inspired me and helped me overcome many obstacles to fully discover my potential. As a result, I have seen how showing care and appreciation to students can truly motivate them to give everything they can. Reminding them of their potential can help them see just how much they can achieve and succeed. Communication is extremely important to me; therefore, I encourage students in communicating their wants, needs, and experiences with those around them. I firmly believe that all students have the potential for growth and learning in an environment that is suitable to their needs.

I have worked as a teaching assistant in Rak Academy for 2 years working with student sin general classroom settings and also students with learning difficulties (SEN). I have also taught in multiple schools in the state of Idaho as part of my studies in the University of Brigham Young. 

Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I can work with students at the elementary level.
