After working in the Front Office and Guest Service for the past years and developing rapidly I am seeking for a new challenging career opportunity where I can use my collected knowledge with the constant aim to achieve highest guest satisfaction with special attention to VIP guests, hotel revenue and actively contribute to the success of the hotel as part of the management team.

By working with different nationalities and different groups of guests in different segments, I do have a great knowledge of the human nature which is very important in dealing with each guest individually. Beside this an analytic and precise manner in order to solve occurring problems effectively with creativity, humor, respect and thoroughness characterizes me. Well-structured knowledge of the Front Office, Reservation and Guest Service Department and strong Up selling skills are very important tools in my daily operation. Furthermore a very good knowledge of the Housekeeping and Finance Department as well as good general knowledge of all Hotel Departments and my tight continuous follow up with colleagues and update of daily tasks guarantees that the highest quality of Service is provided and all procedures and daily operation are supervised and managed in a professional manner and with the eye for details.
