My solid background in construction technique , control budget, and effectively keep project s within their planned schedule, communicating with multiple clients and subcontractors to keep them abreast of deliverables, ensuring successful job completion at predetermined deadlines, keeping employees motivated  and analysing the risk factors, has allowed me to manage teams with exceptional performance.
