I have been in BPO industry eight years who underwent different kinds of line of businesses such as email, voice and chat. I am proficient in handling a wide range of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Adept in using various CRM and remote working tools to deliver prompt and efficient service. I am also known for excellent communication skills and a strong ability to resolve issues leading to high customer satisfaction. 

As someone who worked as customer service and technical support representative in different line of businesses for eight years, I have become excellent in navigating through one tool to another. I also have great typing skills for I am well trained in chat and email support.
