In my role as a Technology Analyst at Infosys Limited, I administered Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, and SharePoint. I efficiently managed user licenses, assisted customers with general Office 365 administration, and analyzed and evaluated alternative solutions for assigned issues. I took ownership of critical issues, ensuring timely resolution according to Service Level Agreements and quality expectations. Additionally, I conducted team meetings, created email templates for issue resolution, and prepared weekly status reports.

As a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys Limited, I managed and administered Exchange Server 2016, handling user mailboxes, distribution lists, transport rules, and public folders.
