• Involved in the organization since I was a child started by working at a local community centre where children from less fortunate families came to get help with doing their homework, eat a nutritious dinner and play. Worked with children with special needs and made sure that they received appropriate attention where the Polish education system failed to do so.
• Year by year I gained more experience organizing events for hundreds and, later on, thousands of participants. I learned how to plan them logistically, negotiate with our partners and manage up to 150 volunteers who relied on me for guidance.
• Worked alongside the CEO of the organization in order to facilitate the functioning of the organization as well as assist him in fulfilling his various duties.

• Due to the size of the organization I had the chance to take part in a varied array of tasks and duties which taught me the ability to be flexible and take up tasks in all sorts of areas.
• I was responsible for liaising with existing external vendors, sponsors and other strategic partners of the organization in terms of day to day operations as well as special events.
• Successfully lead efforts to attract new sponsors and media partners for the organization.
• Created and saw through new initiatives including large events with hundreds to
thousands of participants, often in partnership with the city council.
