Experienced business administration professional with over 14 years’ experience in providing administrative support in interior design and construction companies with brief summary as follows:

Sales and Marketing Administrator, Gulf Precast Concrete Co. , 2016-2021. Administering day-to-day administrative tasks of  commercial department such as but not limited to preparation, updating and submission of prequalification documents and follow up submission approval, administering online registration, application and renewal as contractor or supplier, preparing presentations, sales support materials, reports and coordinates in participation in trade show such as Big 5. 

Projects Administrator, Gulf Precast Concrete Co. , 2010-2016. Assists the Projects Director in administrative functions such as email management, meeting appointments and reports. Supports the Project Managers in preparation of correspondence, presentations, reports on budget and expenses, work schedules, timesheets, workmanship, job allocation, ordering office supplies and site materials and petty cash management.

Files and documents management, creating reports, presentations, petty cash management. Handling inquiries in coordination with respective departments. Purchasing of production materials and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
