I was very excited to see this job vacancy online for the position of Event Manager at Nikki Beach.
As Dubai is one of the best cities, to which people come to have fun, this country needs very nice
event managers, with understanding of many cultures. Representing a person who has experience
of living in various countries, learning and understanding about their cultures, I think I am the
best fit for the position of Event Manager. By nature I am an active and communicative person,
therefore being an Event Manager helps me to satisfy myself by constantly working with people.
Having completed degree on Business Administration, I had modules as Communication Skills,
Consumer Behavior, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Management might help me to
boost the level of revenue of the company.
Your job description mentions that, you are looking for someone with solid experience in Event
Management, and my prior experience of working at  Paulaner Biergarten in KEMPINSKI Hotel in Dalian and Sunday Group Event Company.
Event Company proves that I am well-trained with real-life related cases. Over the years of
working for these companies, I developed skills of flexibility, stress-resistance, and problem-
solving, due to unexpected situations this job might have. Unexpected fire situation, while
preparing, and quickly coping with this, and moving on with the main task. Apart from the main
skills I upgraded such as creativity, innovation and communication. Every event we organized
was unique, because we never repeated what we did before, we always came up with individual
approach to our clients to satisfy their needs. Furthermore, I have strong leadership skills, I am
always good at meeting the deadline by making my team work hard. One of the landmark events
we organized was “Wedding Party for the Influencer of Uzbekistan for 500 people”, we used the
plot of Romeo and Juliet to have a unique wedding. Client was shocked, because we did even
better than they imagined. Afterwards, the percentage of clients of the Sunday Events grew for
25%, because everyone was talking about this wedding event. It went viral, and it was
everywhere on news, such as in magazines, radio and even on TV.
