Hello, I have completed my Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from the University of Calicut, Kerala. Having with several years of experience in the IT field, I bring 9 months of experience as a System Engineer at E Team in Technopark, followed by 6 months as a Support Engineer at Modwin Networks in Kochi. Additionally, I completed a 6-month internship as a Junior Network Engineer. My strengths include excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and organizational skills, complemented by a positive attitude and a passion for learning the latest technologies. Furthermore, I am certified in RedHat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)  and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

Proficient in managing all types of installations and upgrades on Linux and Windows servers, including disk partitioning with standard and LVM. Possess a strong understanding of configuring monitoring tools such as CheckMk and Commvault backup tool. Diligently document and track issues using ticketing systems like Jira and OTRS. Dedicated to providing 24/7 client server support.
