Architectural Design, Development, Production, Tender Documents and Management including construction management and supervision. Value management principles in the early development stage of the projects. Coordinate value management and value engineering. Evaluation positive and negative variations and submit to client as early as possible. Expedite progress on key actions and decisions to avoid delays. Monitor interchange of information to a reasonable time frame to mitigate contractor delays. Monitor quality and safety procedures. Review and recommend approval as appropriate in accordance with the conditions of contract. Track progress of off-site works and delivery of long lead items. Assess adequacy of design and construction resources to complete work on program.
