Working Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity takeoff from drawings and tender documents and pre tender queries.
• We participate in various tender like hotels, commercial & residential buildings, Villas, warehouses, industrial plants etc.
• Interact and coordinate with the Client, Main Contractors and Consultant regarding  specific scope required by them and submission of tender offer.
• Float enquiries for material and sub-contractors works to follow up with vendors for quotations    and evaluate them.
• Attend site visits, meeting with client/consultant for pre and post tender clarifications.
• Coordinate with other discipline engineers for proper estimation.
• Prepare list of equipment, skilled and unskilled manpower requirements and assist planning engineer in preparing manpower histogram, project schedule etc.
• Prepare the complete offer of the tendered project.
• Ensure all tenders will be submitted on time.
• Finalize bid offer letter and for signature of our Managing Director.
• Estimated more than 100 projects.
