• Prepare the Bid tab for all electrical accessories as per project spec and finalizes the Supplier and subcontractor within the budget.
• Scheduling the submittals, shop drawings and material approvals within project time frame.
• Preparing request for information from tender documents, design drawings and specifications.
• Carrying out calculations & design for Lighting, Power, Lighting control system, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm and all Low current Systems.
• Prepare & submit to all Authorities for approval of all criteria / System.
• Participate weekly progress meeting with Consultant / Main contractor for concerned projects.
• Preparing material submittals & obtaining approvals at same time before starting of project.
• Submit the Variations, substantiation and running bills of concerned projects.
• Liaise with all services (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fitting, Electrical, ELV, IT systems) to execute.
• Monitor and coordinate to site supervisor to handling approved materials for installation and progress to complete the Project as per project Schedule and Specification.
• Managing Site engineers, supervisors and foremen's of concerned projects.
• Maintaining and keep updating logs like Pre-qualification, Material, shop drawing, ITP,RFI, method of statement and clearance submittals. 
• Conducting the T&C and inspections for the electrical items.
• Maintain the operation of purchasing the electrical Materials to the project in time.
• Ensure the electrical work has Complied with the specifications, codes, and standards and according to the approved shop drawings.
• Delivered quality construction by closely monitoring the works.
• Operation & maintenance of the building in during DLP period with all MEP services.
• Extensive experience in managing multiple contractors in a project simultaneously.
