I have done MSc in Applied Psychology. I have more than 6 years of experience in elementary and middle school settings and currently doing a job at the American School of Creative Science in Dubai. I can build IEPs tailored to their special needs.

I can utilize behavioral analysis methods and principles to provide behavioral improvement for Autism sufferers or other developmental challenges. 

I'm providing a pull-out session/intervention plan for achieving IEP goals.   I am knowledgeable about Curriculum modification, reinforcement and reward skills,  and Sending files as a parent communication to parents to discuss a child,s progress. Uploading child weekly work on learning journey and firefly. 

I am knowledgeable about behavior management strategies and am skilled in promoting good behavior and discipline. I can modify the task according to the child's level of understanding and learning. I am a caring, inspirational, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant with an excellent track record of supporting and encouraging young people to achieve their true potential. Besides having worked with children who had a variety of learning needs, I am also ABA trained, have an RBT certificate passed my exam, and can provide counseling sessions to children.
