• Monitor and report site compliance to Contract Quality Plan, QC Plan (ITP), Contract specific work procedures and instructions.
• Facilitate resolution of quality problems by initiating corrective and preventive action requests in accordance with quality management system procedures.
• Review test packs for completeness, correctness and ensure reported punch-lists are communicated to the concerned.
• Coordination with client inspectors and third party inspector for day to day activities and inspection.
• Verification of isometric drawings.
• Witness of Welder Performance Qualification, Mechanical Testing as per ASME Sec IX.
• Managing all test reports/certificates/records and keep all in a good filling system.
