• managing the issuance of building permits for diverse residential and commercial ventures in the Saudi Arabia Qassim region.
• Meet the client and understand his needs for the project to be designed.
• Making preliminary architectural design plans, presenting and discussing them With the client for approval, and creating a digital system to reduce adoption time by 40%.               
• Designing external facades using Autocad & 3dsmax.
• Approving the final drawings with the client and preparing the shop drawings for the 

Project and submitting them for approval by the municipality.

• Conducted workload assessments and devised new operational processes that led to a 40% increase in.
• Initiate of interior design work After taking the approval of architectural drawings from the municipality, using software like 3ds max, autocad, lumion, photoshop.
• Launching making shop drawings for interior design work to begin implementation.

• Project: Development of the buildings of the Egyptian Tax Authority.
• Full supervision of the development and upgrading of two Egyptian tax buildings.

Ensure and receive more than 20 materials approved by the office so that they conform to 95% of the accepted technical specifications.

• Receiving requests for daily receipts of works according to the executive drawings

• Supervise all activities of all the Project.
• Assurance execution of work as maintained to passed drawings, design & specifications.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site
• labour force and the work of any subcontractors to assure contract compliance.
• Guarantee that materials used meet specifications and established standards of quality.
• Prepare the activity as stated by to design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for consultant review. 
• Preparation of extracts of subcontractors with the company.
