I have worked for 3 international companies during my career where i have gained a lot of experience being part of each company as follows:

• Dar Al-Handasah (Cairo and Dubai) between 2006 till 2016 as Electrical Design Engineer/Group Leader.
• Dorsch International (Cairo) during 2016 as Senior Electrical Engineer and Head of Electrical Team.
• RED Engineering (Dubai) between 2016 till 2021 as Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Manager.

During my roles i have covered the following but not limited to:

• Leading and guiding the electrical teams working in all the ongoing projects, also assisting other electrical teams in case any technical support were needed.
• Actively involved in design stages of the electrical systems for many projects in different countries including the planning and load analysis from the preliminary stages and extended to the detailed design components.
• Coordination of all Electrical work with all trades Architectural, Structural, Mechanical disciplines, Landscape, interior design Architects, R&E etc.
• Overseeing the design details for all the electrical systems listed below is example of the systems:
• Lighting system design and calculations for indoor and outdoor applications including Illumination designs, Distribution, and related power circuiting using Dialux software. While considering the applicable codes recommendations (CIBSE, IESNA, ICEL, NFPA101 and BS 5266-1) for the each application including emergency and life safety lighting.
• Power systems distribution including the mechanical systems and also the preparation of MCC, Panel Boards Schedule according to the applicable codes and standards (IEE, NEC, NEMA).
• Distribution network planning and design detailing including LV cabling-routing, and sizing based on the applicable De-rating Factors and Voltage Drop and the international and local codes (IEC, IEE, NEMA classification for switchboards). Including the Design and sizing of Cable Trays and Floor Raceways for cable management, voltage drop and short circuit calculations using applicable software and Dar approved calculation sheets.
• Preparation of Power Single Line Diagrams and electrical Schematic diagrams for small up to large and mega scale projects.
• Lightning & Earthing systems designing and calculation in accordance to the international standards (BS7430, BS 62305, DEHN).
• Lighting control systems design (EIB, KNX, DALI, etc.).
• Transformer, Generators, UPS and power factor correction sizing and selection.
• Fire alarm system, public address system, CCTV, Security systems, structure cabling system, intercom, TV systems, parking management.
• Efficiently managing design stages for most of the electrical systems for many projects in different countries especially in the Middle East and mostly in the Gulf area (KSA. Oman, UAE, Kuwait, Yemen, Bahrain, Libya, Angola, Qatar) including planning, load analysis from the preliminary stages, issuing the detailed design drawings and documents along with lighting system design and selection based on the related functions
• Playing a major role in the electrical team which is responsible for establishing and training of new recruiters which Dar has recently appointed for Dubai design office which Dar was launching.
• Accountable for the analysis and technical reviewing of some projects in the gulf region and submitting an evaluation and technical reports 
• Revit MEP Model coordinator: 

1. Create or coordinate the Revit model creation with the BIM unit.
2. Performing the coordination, troubleshooting and implementation of the BIM execution plan according to Dar BIM standard for many current projects in Dubai.
3. Making sure of that the Electrical central files are healthy and operating properly.
4. Coordinate the required project families with the BIM unit.
5. Developing and coordinating the published electrical files for coordination with other trades.
6. Performing the coordination required as per the outcome clash interference report as per the project execution plan. 

• Technical report preparation for technical evaluation, DSR, concept and schematic stages design reports.

BE (Electrical Engineering) from Alexandria University, Egypt in 2006, Graduation accumulative grade: Very Good (77%).

Also LEED AP BD+C from 2014 to 2020.
