• OOMCO lead technology key person for managing different types of Fuels & Lubricants business in Oman. Responsible for OOMCO fuel, Aviation fuel, and marine fuel quality in Oman. Production and quality responsibility for monitoring 6 Lube oil blending plants in Dubai, Egypt & India. 
• To ensure that OOMCO products are at the forefront of the market and will be the custodian of international approvals for the full product range. Responsible for Product Development and maintaining OEM/API Approvals. Actively participate in the development and implementation of technical services programs.
• Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve operational efficiency and quality.
• Participate in developing the training modules for the Fuel and lubricant sales team and customers. Provide technical support for the sales, marketing department & supply chain.
• Evaluate alternate methods for construction for cost efficiency and quality to support market demand ; track/report quality metrics; and inform affected groups and individuals about quality assurance-related activities.

• Vast experience in supervising, testing, and liquid fuels, preferably with knowledge of cryogenic and two-phase techniques. Identifies and implements new testing technologies.
• Production, handling, and testing of drilling chemicals and interpretation of technical issues.
• Knowledge of petroleum engineering and refining processes.
• Support to operation in utilities like water treatment and analysis. 
• To provide analytical support for the measurement of various inorganic contaminants in various sample matrices using spectroscopic and spectrophotometric instruments, such as FTIR, XRF, UV, AAS, ICP-OES, GC, and IC, under ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
• Wide experience in gas chromatography and related software, such as Chemstation, Openlab, etc.
• Support operations in petroleum chemistry & flow assurance, like sludge & scale analysis, chemical inhibitors, and phase separation techniques.

• Liquid Sulfur complete analysis.
• Utility Water Samples, such as Potable, Cooling, Boiler Blowdown, Steam Condensate, DM Water, Boiler Feed/ Sour Water, Injection, and irrigation Water Samples.
• Natural gas, Instrument air, & Nitrogen dew point analysis.
• Full Transformer Oil samples analysis and interpretation.
• Experience in setting up and monitoring quality control programs. Knowledge of LIMS & SQC.

completion, authorization, reports generation, reporting to the customers, Trend & data analysis.
