Human Resource – Payroll Specialist– Burjeel Hospital LLC

  • Involved in the complete process of payroll, EOS and leave management
  • Delivering HR Process in SAP HR Module as follows,
    • Creating Employee ID with 100% compliance
    • Processing Monthly Payroll through SAP – International Payroll
    • Updating Increments/Decrements/Bank Details and Bank Account Changes on monthly basis
    • Leave Quota generation on monthly basis
    • Creating Position/Changing designation and bulk Upload of Leaves/Miscellaneous Payments/Deductions, etc.
    • Making the exited staff inactive in SAP
  • Ensure accurate calculations for overtime, deductions, increment and extra hours if any
  • Ensure maintenance and updating of all employee records pertaining to hiring, promotion, any change in employment contract etc.
  • Responsible maintaining the HR Payroll master sheet containing all relevant details of employees.
  • Expected to answer all HR-related queries, disseminate policy updates to employees and specifically address any payroll issues.
  • Responsible for leave management through usage of the Employee Self Service portal. Monitor and control leave records/balance during the year and validate end of year balances.
  • Creating and tracking loan card of employees and ensure deduction is done in the stipulated period.
  • Processing Salary advances, bonuses, one time payments Leave Encashment, etc. upon request
  • Handling entire process of employee exit formalities in the hospital
  • Preparing letters as Salary Certificate & Transfer Letter, etc. and issue the same to the requesting employees on time.
  • Coordinate with finance team members on a regular basis and ensures that leaves/Other payroll data is accurately audited and updated for the monthly payroll
  • Responding to queries received from employees in a timely manner regarding payroll, leave policies, leave requests, clearance process and any queries on employment contracts and entitlements in compliance with the UAE labor law
  • Generating monthly report from attendance system with discrepancies in attendance, as and when required. Communicate any discrepancies to the employees and department heads for clarification.
  • Ensure participation and contribution in employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in MIS reports or any other reports as and when applicable.
  • Complete reconciliation on monthly basis and to present it to the management within the deadline
  • Ensure to comply with the ADHICS standards and responsibilities
  • Contribute to short and long term organizational planning and strategy
