• Implementation of Lean manufacturing programmes and process optimisation initatives for improved throughputs 
• Develop subcontractor’s development programs with well -established sub-contractors control processes
• Streamline preventive actions through implementation of innovative ideas flagged for implementation
• Conduct QHSE management review meetings, policies and procedures review to ensure continual improvement of the sound management system
• Conduct lesson learned sessions to ensure organizational knowledge is well updated  
• Establish ethics policies, business continuity plan and resilience management system for adequate risk management.
• Review employee welfare, wellness and psychological safety (ISO 45003 guidelines)
• Review balance score card and organizational goals on a quarterly basis.
• Conduct customer and other stakeholder’s satisfaction surveys and monitoring results against the defined targets.
