I was working in UAE for last 15 years in construction, Logistics and Service Industries as HR Manager and having valid UAE driving license also.  Prior to that i was working in Mumbai in the field of HR & Admin.

While i was working in UAE especially during my last two employments, i was focused and implemented the concept of cross cultural team at TMT level, and prepared different business models to support the business.  Over and above, i was involved in developing GEC (Group Executive Councils) to develop the business on the basis of periodical business strategic meetings.
