With over 15 years’ experience in the food and beverage, casino, and integrated resort business, I am accomplished in diverse functions including managing the restaurant bar operations and administration including menu engineering, POS setup, costing, scheduling, reports, inventory, sourcing of ingredients, creating SOP’s, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, conducts performance appraisals,  takes disciplinary action, motivates, coach and train the team for operational  excellence, managing food and labor costs, maintaining key 
relationships, and developing, implementing, and optimizing  procedures.
My solid career history is also built on exceptional organizational, strategic planning, and people management abilities. As someone with an aggressively proactive nature and a strong attention to detail, I have frequently been able to accomplish results, such as operating the most successful establishment in a 
district, in even the most challenging markets. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I offer a strong commitment to ongoing education and development to ensure I remain at the top of my field at all times. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management in 2012. I am always looking for areas of improvement and passionate about 
developing exceptional teams, driving revenue growth, managing exceptional bar and restaurants, casino’s and integrated resorts and has a strong pre-opening experienced.
