I am Kriz Quintana.I have experience of working with other people, I am someone who always seek to learn and develop, and I am a positive person who always embraces change.

My 2 previous job roles in the Philippines is Data Service Assistant and HR assistant.

DATA SERVICE ASSISTANT

• Performing data capture operations from the collection and entry of individual using a data capture system.
• Transferring the data to an individual ID card.
• Ensuring the accuracy and correctness in processing collected data, equipment and materials assigned are properly handled.
• Collecting cash payments from processed data are remitted in time.

HR ASSISTANT

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

I graduated college with a degree of BA Psychology in an university in the Philippines. I have also experience in different setting like industrial (hotel), clinical (school  for children with special needs), and educational setting.
