I have 20 years of experience in the IT field. 10 years in the management side and the previous 10 years in technical side. 

I have worked as Service Delivery Manager from 3 years running IT operations as per the agreed contractual SLA with the client, and then as Client Care Manager for 7 years managing relationship between service provider and client. 

Before that, I started as Network Engineer and then led the Network Operations team before promoted to Service Delivery Manager. 

Education

 I did graduate with Bachelor degree in Computer Science from UAE University in 2001, I have MBA certificate from UAE university 2013.

I am certified Service Manager V3
