I am an experienced senior leader who has held leadership roles in both US and UK curriculum schools in the UAE. A graduate of Brighton, UK (BSc) and Murdoch, Australia (MEd) universities, I have worked as a Head of Pastoral care, a Head of Science, Vice Principal, and Principal in my career to date.

I am an experienced senior leader who has held leadership roles in both US and UK curriculum schools in the UAE. A graduate of Brighton, UK (BSc) and Murdoch, Australia (MEd) universities, I have worked as a Head of Pastoral care, a Head of Science, Vice Principal, and Principal in my career to date.

In all roles, my leadership has been themed by creating a bespoke learning journey for all pupils with a strong focus on understanding pupils’ learning styles and family circumstances in all the schools in which I have worked. With a firm belief in tailoring the educational experience to the pupil rather than the other way around, I am a vocational educator who focuses on progress and pupil successes as well as ensuring appropriate challenge and support is provided for all pupils.

An educator who embraces the full spectrum of education,I am an IB certified Leadership Manager and trained in ensuring schools provide a truly inclusive education who regards children with additional needs as individuals who enhance a school and its diversity.
