My self Latheesh kp 'm here to apply for the position of QA/QC Procurement .I'm Having certification in CSWIP 3.1 .Currently Working as QA /QC  ENGINEER in LLyods Register UAE, having 14 years experience in Executing Marine &Offshore / Oil & Gas Projects. 

Having 6 EPC experience in QA /QC procurement activities 

  • Review of vendor technical offers and selection of vendor as per approved vendor list.
  • Review of technical queries based on client specifications, schedule.
  • Review of vendor technical offers, ITP, & ND procedure, welding procedures, pressure testing procedures, PWHT procedures, painting procedures, FAT and SAT procedure and submission of the same to client as per schedule.
  • Review of assignment packages and submission to client and to obtain inspection lot for the procured items.
  • Controlling vendor inspection schedule and documents.
  • Review of vendor MRB and issue IRN to the vendor for the final dispatch of procured items.
  • Review of material test certificates 
  • Coordination with TPI & client representative for inspection at vendor place

Experience

        Procurement Inspection: (QA Activity)

Onshore fabrication yard & site Inspection: (QC Activity)

  • Piping & structure fabrication inspection from fit up to mechanical completion
  • Close monitoring of welders & painters at site 
  • Conducting welder test and painter qualification test 
  • Close monitor of welders and painters at site 
  • Monitor the weather condition during welding and painting activities 
  • Punch list preparation & close out in timely manner 
  • Coordinate with client representative for inspection 
  • Final walk through with client

Offshore Inspection: (QC Activity)

  • Platform top side installation 
  • Hook up activities
  • Piping& Structure installation inspection 
  • Hydro & pneumatic test inspection 
  • Mechanical completion & pre commissioning inspection
