QAQC Incharge Alliance Energy General Contracting LLC, Abu Dhabi Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records. Supports the Construction Manager in dealing with the Client for all the Quality matters. Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site. Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity. Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.

E&I Engineer Larsen and Toubro LTD Monitoring of all E&I activities at site.
• Conducting Loop folder inspection and witnessing Loop check, Functional check, SAT, Cause and effect flow etc. and verifying all method of statements and checklist as per ITP and quality policy.
• Witnessed inspected the following activities system Visual Inspection, Electrical, Power connection, wiring check, DCS system hardware functionality check, DCS configuration, Loop & spares check , Graphics dynamics and Navigation check, Failure mode Check, Hardware functionality checks, System management and workstation verification.
E&I Engineer Hindustan Petroleum Corporation LTD Installation of field Instruments like flow elements, temperature elements. Flow, level, pressure & temperature transmitters. Radar type level gauges, capillary type transmitters, control valves, SOV’s etc. Installation of level, pressure, temperature & proximity switches. Emergency push button and MCP’S.Supervision for field Instrumentation erection activities like Cable Tray, Cable laying, Fabrication, Erection & Testing of impulse piping, control Valve Tubing, Cable Termination activities in field as well as control room.
E&I Engineer Larsen and Toubro LTD Reporting daily progress to the superiors and discuss the problems and plans to execute the job in a Scheduled period. Quality checking and document generation for the above mentioned works. Attending weekly meetings with Senior Engineer for Progress, Planning and problem related issues.
E&I QAQC Engineer Fortune Engineering and Energy Services LLC, Abudhabi Conduct the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality related Document preparation & Quality Control inspection and the collection of Quality Records. Supports the Construction Manager in dealing with the Client for all the Quality matters. Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site. Attend PIM, FAT & SAT to the various stages of Project. Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.
