As a counsellor, I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families: counselling a variety of issues, including relationships, divorce, anxiety, depression, postpartum issues, anger management, self-esteem, grief and loss and a variety of other life transitional issues.

I enjoy providing I authentic, compassionate, challenging, and insightful support to my clients through various challenges.

My great passion is helping people who have been through traumatic/stressful experiences. I guide my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe.
