Experienced Scienc laboratory Technician / Manager
I am a Science laboratory Technician/ manager who has a lot of experience working in a Biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, biotechnology and Biomedical teaching and non teaching laboratories. Application of different techniques and the use of many laboratory equipment .I also have experience working in a research laboratory assisting the researchers with the management of the laboratory and carrying out research work as provided by the responsible professor.
I have knowledge of laboratory ISO Quality Systems and also carrying out laboratory internal quality audits.
Experience
Joined the University of Zimbabwe ,Department of Biochemistry in 1986 as a Technical assistant and rose through the rank to Senior Science Laboratory Technician. My duties and responsibilities were as shown in my CV which is attached. I left the University of Zimbabwe in 2003 to join the African Institute of Biomedical Science and Technology (AiBST) in the same year..My duties and responsibilities are shown in my C V..I rose through the ranks to become Director Infrastructure Development Laboratory Quality and Management. I left AiBST in 2016 to join Laboratory for Hitech Analysis in 2017 as a Business ,Quality and Laboratory manager before I left for South Africa where I am working as a team Leader in a packaging company.
