I graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting at National College of Business and Arts in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines. 

 

I have work experience in the fields of accounting, sales and marketing as well as in related administrative positions and am proud to state my ability to effectively deal with multi-cultural groups having different levels of personalities. I have good communication skills coupled with strong desire and willingness to learn more thereby upgrading myself and the company that I am working with.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Preparing Tax Invoice (for the renewal of companies in offshore, free zones, outside UAE and company formed in LLC-Dubai; Trademark Search and Registration and sending Invoices to Clients thru email)
  2. Checking and encoding invoices, receipts, petty cash, etc. in Tally accounting software.
  3. Preparing monthly sales report for VAT Filing.
  4. Prepare payments by verifying documentation, supporting documents & requesting for disbursement.
  5. Checking Petty Cash replenishment and reimbursement for funding.
  6. Checking of monthly attendance for payroll processing.
  7. Monitor cheque payments and collections.
  8. Preparing of monthly bank reconciliation.
  9. Preparing of weekly & monthly new business reports.
  10. WPS payroll process, leave calculations, end of service rules, laws and regulations
  11. End to end recruitment which includes screening, scheduling interviews & preparing offer letter; coordinating with the PRO regarding employee visa related documents (Medical, Emirates ID application, work permit) or any other document that PRO may need at the time of application.
  12. Keeping record and tracking employee’s documents schedule for renewal.
  13. Monitor and updates all the company trade license and documents for renewal.
  14. Liaising with the broker for the Medical Insurance for New Addition/Deletion of Employee for any quotes, documents required; Car Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance and Family Insurance.
  15. Planned and coordinated itineraries, meetings, and business travels.
  16. General office management such as ordering of stationeries.
  17. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  18. Responsible for different kinds of administrative role essential for day-to-day business operation.
  19. General office administration and filing.
