I am well experienced with over 14 years experienced in the Upstream oil and gas industry. I worked through field Operations, engineering support, operations management (CWI) and tender/contracting (supporting multiple service lines). I am willing to take on roles in operations (field or as may be required), sales and operations management. 

I have a strong technical, operational, financial, commercial, market
analyses and business development background in the oil and gas
industry. As commercial director, I adapted existing and new
resources to create price and risk models that won multi-service lines
projects with combined worth over $500M in 2017 and 2019. My
leadership and focus on market analysis, influenced my business unit's
decision in making opportunistic investment in 2015 that resulted in a
revenue top line growth worth over USD 17M. Focusing on
competition actions, aided with smart SWOT analysis, I led my team to
increase deal wins by 9% in 2019. Working with a dedicated team of
business units sales experts, we established low-cost business
expansion and smart investment strategy in Far West Africa - Ivory
Coast and Senegal. Through critical reviews of key terms and
renegotiations, I led my team in transforming underperforming
contracts to profitability in Chad and Congo in 2018. I utilized
enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools - SAP, Deal machine (sales
force), spotfire data virtualization tool etc. - to strengthen customer
management in Sub-Saharan Africa and in the UK. Key target projects
