- Optimize and tune databases' performance, calculate optimum values for database parameters.
- apply Extract Transfer Load (ETL) processes related to data warehouse, ensure that archiving procedures are applied and functioning correctly using Data Pump (Expdp, Impdp) tools.
- Prepare and submit accurate and insight reports, reviews and analyses to business HOSs.
-Build DB and shell scripts automating the daily operations of database management.
- Monitor transactions between application systems and the database to identify and improve inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with business support teams, system administration team for database related activities.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization documentation and standards.
- Support TABS 6.11 systems: CRM, core Billing system, Mediation, databases and application servers.
