Experience

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.

Responsibilities include:

• Firm Switchboard Support / Concierge
o Answering incoming phone calls from clients and/or stakeholders o Outbound calls to clients when needed
o Filtering of important and sales calls for our stakeholders
o Email support

• Room Reservation Support
o Schedule meetings by checking for available rooms in office (VC, Non-VC and

Hybrid meetings)
o Coordinating with other offices to provide meeting rooms for Host location o Arranging technical needs for virtual meetings, recorded meetings etc.
o Catering needs

• Manila Visitor Support - Travel arrangements for Clients and Stakeholders o Booking flights

o Company car pickup/drop off arrangements from and to the office o Booking cars/taxi for outgoing non-work related travels
o Hotel room booking with accredited Hotels
o Sending of Manila Travelers guide

o Tour guide

• London Business Administration Support
o Processing of Print and Courier requests from London employees (Lawyers,

Associates and Interns, etc.)
o Courier booking
o Cab/Gett Taxi booking
o Document processing (MS Word) o Parking reservation requests

 

Service Secondary Point of Contact: London Business Administration Support Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Internal Business Support
o Conducts meetings regarding escalations, challenges etc. with LBA co-POCs and

o Conducts service updates during weekly team meetings
o Updates process documentation on Word, Excel and PowerPoint format
