I have approximately 10 years of experience in Retail FMCG and 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/distribution.  

Over this time, I have had a particular focus on professionalisation of teams to create a commercially focussed finance function, which business partners with the other departments to create value. 

I am particularly strong at strategy implementation and identifying opportunities for business growth and value enhancement.

I also have multiple years of experience managing IT and HR as well as deputising for the CEO.
