Execution and supervision of project activities such as drawings, submittals, design, estimation, procurement, follows-up, man power handling, installation, commissioning, handing over etc.
Coordinate with client/consultants representatives for any site instructions, assign targets for accompl ishments and targets are met on weekly/ daily basis for all groups at site.
Inspecting the site and estimating the material and man power.
Material procurement according to site requirements.
Follow-up and continuous discussion for the project commencement/installation.
Upon site completion to getting the "work completion certificate".
Attend weekly progress meetings/side walks with project manager and client team.
