Seeking Job as Sr. MEP Mechanical Consultant Engineer, 15 years U.A.E Experience.

1. Review and approval of all MEP SHOP DRAWINGS, Material Approval Submittal, Method Statement, O&M Manual with respect to Project Specifications, IFC Design Drawings, U.A.E local Dubai Municipality/ DCD/ DEWA/DHA Regulations and Contractual terms.

1. Checking and approval of all MEP MATERIAL received at site as per approved MAS, Sample tag, Equipment Schedule and Project BOQ.

1. Checking and approval of all MEP SERVICES INSTALLATION & TESTING-COMMISSIONING as per approved MEP Shop Drawings and Method statement. (MEP: HVAC/ Plumbing/ Fire Fighting/ Gas/ Irrigation/ Lift/ Garbage chute/ Smoke control system).

1. Participate and witnessing of all MEP Services TESTING and COMMISSIONING as per approved MEP As built Drawings, Method statement, Pre-Commissioning Check , Start up and Tab activities 

1. Co-ordination with Client, PMC, Residential Engineer, Architect, Civil-Structural Electrical.

1. Attending PROJECT PROGRESS & TECHNICAL WORKSHOP MEETING.

1. Responding contractors TQ (Technical Quarries) for any clashes and conflict in the installation of MEP HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting services.

1. Verifying & approval of Contractor’s MEP Services site executed Quantity sheet & Bills has been forwarded it to the Client for the Payment.

1. Monitoring and Co-coordinating executions of all MEP HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing services Installations as per Project specifications and approved MEP Shop drawings. 

1. Monitoring MEP service installation work progress at site with reference to project Schedule.

1. Check and re-confirm contractors submitted Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Report of site activities with respect to the Project schedule.

1. Ability to come up with viable and comprehensive solution to most of the actual MEP services HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing installation problems at site.

1. Checking variation compare with Contractual design Drawing and BOQ.
2. Issuing of Site observation and instruction report, Letter and NCR to the Contractor with respect to the site MEP services Installation Quality, Non compliances of Design and not approved material installation.

Troubleshoot site-based real time technical issue during MEP services shop drawing review and reaction at site by coordinating with Arch, Structural & Electrical disciplines.
