Mahendra has 14+ year experience in building services of diverse project which includes Airport, Hospital, Hotels & resorts, engineering collage , residential towers & villas projects from design, supervision,, testing & commissioning up to the hand over to the clients.

 

Mahendra has knowledge of designing/execution/supervision /project management of HVAC system, plumbing,fire protection, SNG (commercial and domestic kitchen gas), Building management system (BMS). Mahendra is well aware of International standards and cods like IPC, UAE fire & life safety, ASHRAE, LEED, SMACNA. NFPA, DEWA, DM, FLS regulation and requirements.

  • Attended project planning meetings to coordinate mechanical system designs with structural and architecture teams, mitigate design conflicts and coordinate delivery timelines.
  • Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's-Site installation /Mockup/Material/T&C) submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements, and international best practices..
  • Monitoring quality of works and assessing the safety at the site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments.
  • Preparing surveillance reports for deficiencies of work found at the site and non-conformance reports (NCR), if required in view of the development of events.
  • Checking and ensuring effective coordination between discipline-related works and all other disciplines.
  • Providing technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline-related issues on site that may arise.
  • Routinely interacts with clients, contractors, local authority representatives, and others using skills of persuasion and negotiation to resolve critical issues.
