I am a well respected and able Senior Leader for a renowned mid market International school, catering to 45+ nationalities, in the UAE. My goals are to continually work towards improving standards and our children's learning opportunities. With 25 plus years in various schools of repute and 10 plus years as a school leader, I have excelled in providing an engaging school environment for the children. I have taken pride in successfully leading the school towards betterment. With experience I have become skilled at analyzing and reviewing standards calmly and thoroughly, and use this to introduce strategies for continued professional improvement. I have experience of more than twenty-five years in the education environment as a leader and facilitator of learning through academics and activities. I have been a full time professional since 1993 and have spent the last 10 years before moving to Dubai in 2009 at St. Xavier’s School, one of the best Jesuit academic institutions in the country.
