Job tasks: • Monitoring the workgroup to ensure that all transactions are proceeding smoothly. • Supervising the storekeepers and preparing continuous reports on the performance of each storekeeper individually. • Conducting continuous inspections of each store and ensuring the accuracy of daily transactions according to company rules. • Continuous meetings with storekeepers to discuss and resolve any issues, as well as gather suggestions for improving work performance. • All store transactions are monitored through the company's (Oracle system & Oracle Fusion) to ensure that receiving and issuing processes are completed on time, with no delays in receiving or issuing operations. • Weekly reports are generated on warehouse movements, such as inventory reports, stock movement reports, and slow-moving items. • Supervision of project consumables (Scrap) and tracking sales through a committee responsible for opening price quotation envelopes. • Reviewing end-of-period reports and ensuring that the balances match all warehouse balances before transferring them to the new month, making sure there are no errors or issues before the transfer process by the financial department. • Available with the necessary permissions in the company's system to access all warehouses (all organizations) for monitoring and generating reports for each organization individually.

Professional Experience: - • Technical ability’s full ability of using ERP system for managing warehouses and stores. • Full knowledge of all of the procedures to lead and manage a warehouse department (using ERP system & manually). • Full knowledge of all of the documents needed to lead and manage a warehouses department. • Full physical knowledge of materials. • The ability to lead a group of storekeepers and have a high evaluated performance (Team leader for 21 persons). • The ability to attend and fulfil the stores auditions procedure. • High knowledge of all purchase procedures and how to maintain the link between purchase and warehouses in order to achieve the best materials saving. • Excellent decision-making skills with a positive approach • Follow up on warehouse movement and create reports on inventory movement. • Preparing reports for non-moving items and deciding on them. • Control of consumable and expired materials . • To supervise material receipt, unloading and placement in assigned storage. • To check materials received in quantities & specifications against order documents. • To manage space and determine storage methods according to the manufacturer's guidelines and Company safety procedures. • To maintain stock level of materials to ensure continuous availability. • To maintain the filing system and stock records as per Company procedure. • To maintain supplies of materials, in compliance with storage safety regulations. • To issue or distribute materials, products, parts and supplies to customers or co-workers, based on Company procedure. • To identify and recommend disposal of excess, defective or obsolete, stock. • To control the fixed assets in the location assigned.
