About Majeeth Mohamed Ismail:

  • Check the Method statements, ITP, PQAP & Check Lists as per Project specification.
  • Check the drawings & documents used at site for approval and compliance with project requirements.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements & drawings and all equipment's used are calibrated & with valid certificates.
  • To submit Site Inspection Requests in Co-ordination with Site / Project Engineers.
  • To conduct Inspections of all ongoing activities for MEP Installations & Material Deliveries
  • Identifying NCRs / Defects / Snag lists and Follow-up with Construction Team for Corrective & Preventive action on the same effectively.
  • Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly site QA/QC reports.
  • Maintaining all QA/QC Records (Inspection Requests, Material Inspection Request, Installation Check Lists, Test Records, NCRs, Snag lists etc.) at site.
  • Verify the absence of scraps / excess materials in store. 
  • Coordinating with all MEP services; HVAC, Chilled Water System, Plumbing System, Fire Fighting.
  • As per Maximo work order doing Preventing Maintenance for All HAVC Units AHU, FCU, BCU and Smoke Exhaust Fan.
  • Attending the all types complaints of troubleshooting for all HVAC units temperature issue, condensation and water leakage etc.. 
  • Co-ordinate with client /Consultant/Contractor.

Experience
